Natural antioxidants work within a cooperative network to rejuvenate one another during the process of free radical neutralization, examining your current diet and supplement ingestion will reveal the required adjustments that need to be made in order to optimize healthy productivity and cell function.

You would not believe how long I’ve been googling for something like this. Browsed through 10 pages of Google results and couldn’t find anything. One search on Bing. There this is… Gotta start using this more often.

Hey Chris…great list…I know not everyone understands what an antioxidant actually does to help with free radicals.

Free radicals occur within the normal processes of cellular functioning but are increased as our bodies become more toxic. They are atoms or a group of atoms that have lost an electron and thus become out of balance. Most of the time it is an oxygen molecule involved within the body…thus the name antioxidant.

What antioxidants do is supply the missing electron and the atom or molecule involved becomes balanced again. Without antioxidants free radicals set up a chain reaction of problems because these molecules are essentially out of control creating imbalance (knocking electrons from their orbit) in other molecules or atoms as well and it just keeps going unchecked from one molecule to another.

Anyhow…it is great for people to see a solid list of antioxidants that they can purposefully research and figure out which antioxidants are most necessary for themselves.

    Thanks Chris!

It is useful to try everything in practice anyway and I like that here it’s always possible to find something new. :)
